Refund policy

Want to return items in your order? No problem.

You have 14 days from receiving the product to initate the return process.

Send us an email at info@fanivaatturit.fi to start the return process. Please include your order number in your message. We will provide a return details for you to easily drop off your return package.

Returns are only accepted for products that are in original condition.

The returned items will be refunded after we process your return. Please note that we currently don't offer free returns. When you return items, we will deduct 4.90 € return costs from the refund amount. Refunds are processed as soon as possible, latest within 30 days.
